Hidden gem alert! What a lovely experience, authentic London pub vibes! The beef pearl onions pie is a must get (reminded me of... a hearty stew). Also ask for specials (not listed in menu). We were able to get a turkey dinner (dined in Thanksgiving day, bothwere very tasty. Read more

Stopped in for a couple drinks while we waited for our table at a nearby restaurant. Greeter and bartender were very nice. We... sat upstairs and played some games from their bookshelf. We went for Brunch over the long weekend. The food is delicious - we took the avocado/halloumi/egg toast and the corned beef... hash/sunny egg. The service is good too, even though a bit slow. To be fair the place was packed for a soccer game. We willdefinitely be coming back next time we are in Toronto. I would recommend making a reservation as they seem to get very busy forbrunch. Had the scotch egg, fish and chips and fish pie. Scotch egg was inedible. Food was mediocre. Service wasn’t good. K think... they were too busy for the staff they had on. Wasn’t offered a refill on beverage. For price, not worth it. Much better pubsaround. They left the plastic top on the ketchup bottle which got ketchup on it so I had to clean it before using. Serverdescribed seafood pie as just salmon - it clearly had a white fish as well. Ambiance is 10/10, though. Read more
