I want to taste indian food. 1) The curry and subji were too oily and gracy, the oil they use was of low quality. 2) I saw the... man first clean the floor with his hand and then without washing hand making roti in tandoor and serving it with same hand. 3)the lady didn't wear glove while serving food she drop the subji down and put the same subji in container. I want to tell the story this place conjures in my mind everytime I come here, because it's important. Run by the same older... couple every day. Sometimes I see the woman in the window of the restaurant, staying late, probably doing finances. I have animage of their kids (if they are indeed a couple) saying "wow! This is SO good, you could open a restaurant!" The man and womanlook at each other a slight twinkle in their eyes. They're jaded, always working for other people and just want to makedecisions for themselves. It's not going to be easy but it's going to be theirs.
