I ordered crispy chicken and in the menu it says $3.99, the lady asked me 6in or a foot, i found it wierd cause i saw in the... menu that they used a bun but i thought they didn?t have a bun so i was fine with it. I ordered a 6in and when i got to thecashier to pay for it the total was $10.84 i asked the cashier why it was $10 instead of $4 she said the $4 one was the smallone. Very bad customer service. I thought there was only one crispy chicken on the menu but apparently there was a 6in and afoot long which btw the lady that made it for me didn?t tell me or asked me to specify which crispy chicken i wanted. I also hadto pay for it apparently. Read more
My friend had excellent customer service from here and the lady provided extra sauce as needed.
I will always give it a 4star rating. I love what they do. Personal food selection of your meal, it's cool.
