The worst customer service ever. The lady working there was alone, which is justifiable as there are no customers literally due... to their poor service. I just asked a simple question for a bowl and she was very rude and gave half answers. The place hadflies and the quantity I got for 20 dollars bowls is not right at all. Do not waste your money at this Freshii location. It is the farthest thing from fresh. The avocado was brown and mushy, the... broccoli was bright yellow and it smelled like vegetables that had been in my fridge for 2 weeks. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! FIND ANOTHER FRESHII. If I could give this a zero star, I would. I visited this Freshii today and bought 2... Oaxaca bowls with chicken for take out. I got home, opened the package and it smelled worse than my compost bin. Nothing wasfresh. The kale was black, the avocado was brown and the tomato's were losing their skin because they were old. Photos attachedof this. I returned back to bring the bowls back and had all the rotten bits I picked out clearly laid out. The guy wasn't surewhat was wrong but I was blunt to show him that avocaods should not be this colour. He tried to show us there was nothing wrongwith the kale bag but the kale they are using looks old because there was bits of kale that were brown and sticking to the bag.I demanded my money back because this is a hazard. This location is super hot, clearly no regard for food preservation. Thisplace should be reported due to poor hygiene. Take the trip to a different Freshii and don't waste your time. Read more
Ordered a bowl from here today. Asked for a customization and I didn't get the customization that I paid for or even the basic... ingredients that were supposed to be in the bowl. And I get it. Seems like no big deal but your food is inedible if it's notprepared properly. Straight to the compost. Nice sustainable packaging though so thank you for that! Read more
