Great bagels but the ladies manning the store are rude especially the ones preparing the orders. I work in the building and... would always go here for breakfast and would observe how their attitudes are towards customers. This has been happening everyday since I started coming to this store and this morning, the lady just threw my order on the side, towards the lady on thecashier. Like, what's her problem? Read more
I don't recommend coming here. Besides the clear neglect in terms of cleanliness and the sub-par quality of food, the customer... service here is AWFUL. The women there were essentially yelling at me while I was trying to place my order and they wereincredibly rude. Not what you want to deal with first thing in the morning. Read more
