I noticed as I was out the door and already on my way that the barista filled up my latte 2/3 of the cup! If there wasn't enough... milk, I would've just preferred her tell me that. Read more
Excellent coffee and very friendly staff. Also, they're independently owned so that's a bonus. Highly recommend. I hung out for... a bit while i was working and when there weren't customers ordering, the staff were always active cleaning up and organizing theshop. Read more
Horrible customer service, amongst the worst I?ve ever received. I got overcharged for one of my drinks and got the smaller size... than what I paid for. When I asked to re make it not only were they rude, they took the drink and put it in a bigger cup and I?mpretty sure just added cold milk. This was the worst tea latte I have ever drank. I ended up tossing the whole thing after onesip. I?m not sure if it was made wrong or if it?s because they just put the small drink into a bigger cup and poured cold milk.As a Starbucks barista, I know what a tea latte should taste like and this was not it.
