Always Fresh to NEVER FRESH. Bread is always dry & hard. Never follow the instructions, tried several times but No improvements.... I ordered through the Subway App, to utilize the deals. But the app made errors on one of my order beyond my belief. I took the... sandwich back, and informed the store keeper. At first they were reluctant to believe me. It is hard to believe. Then I saidthat I would pay for the replacement sandwich. When they prepared the new sandwich and they surprised me by offering free. Thiskind of customer service level is outstanding. Subway head office take note, your ordering app has a flaw, and a mind of itsown, you need to fix it to avoid food wastes.
