I would give it less than 1 but there?s no option. Manager is unfair to certain employees who need a bit longer to train since... they don?t know how to train the new employees in the first place. Co-workers in the morning love to make fun of the newer andweaker employees. No wonder Canada has under 200 stores nation wide ???? Read more

Horrible, coffee taste like hot rubbery weak coffee, second cup is grossly over priced. Food seems old and tastes freezer... burnt, I also bought a cake and they put it in a bag, I asked for a fork a plate and they said no, I had to go to thecafeteria luckily I got there before it closed. What a horrible place, you are better off going to tim hortons on roncys ortry the cafeteria coffee Read more

They were really rude and made me cry. My grandmas here in palliative care. I?ve been awake for days sobbing and trying to hold... it together, haven?t eaten in days and decided to try a coffee at second cup. I wanted an iced latte but I suppose IAccidentally said iced coffee. I asked for a single shot espresso instead of three and they confirmed so I had assumed I saidlatte. After they rung up my order and handed it to me I questioned asking if it was a latte. I work at a second cup location inToronto so I know what a latte looks like. They confirmed and sent me on my way. I got a few feet away and took a sip and walkedback in. I apologized profusely and asked if they could re make it as a latte as I already paid for a shot of espresso and milkand added syrup. They were extremely EXTREMLY rude to me, rolling their eyes, huffing and puffing, telling me I would have tobuy a new latte or to basically get out. I was practically in tears, continuing to apologize while they yelled at me it was myfault and not there?s, I was wrong and to pay or leave. I relented and paid for a new iced latte and left crying. You arelocated in a hospital. Take into account peoples situations. I?d say I would never go here again but I am still stuck here andyou are unfortunately the only coffee around for myself and my family memebers . Oh I was also told today that you can?t do aliquid sugar pump in an iced coffee and I?d have to get something else. I know this isn?t true, again I WORK at a second cupdowntown. Your customer service is some of the worst I?ve ever seen in my life. I do the exact same job and could never evenTHINK of treating a customer especially one in a hospital like that. You?d think you would have the most empathy based onlocation but clearly not. Worst experience I?ve ever ever had at any coffee place, also the first time I?ve ever wrote a reviewon anything, but if your staff is going to treat people horribly then people should know. Believe me if I could Read more

The biggest downfall is that on Google maps it says that this location is in an apartment building on the opposite side of the... road rather than in the hospital. When walking around with crutches this is not the ideal situation... Other than that I wasimpressed with the selection of pastries and desserts that they have, and the latte was delicious but the sausage and eggbreakfast sandwich left a little something to be desired.
