The manager (Ethiopian man) serves rotten salad to his customers and when you ask for a refund or exchange, he tells you no. He... seems to not care about customer retention or satisfaction. His attitude is terrible, no smile or friendliness at all. He trulymakes it a bad experience for customers that spend their hard earned money. Shame on you sir! Read more
I like this place. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is well prepared too. Highly recommended.
So I was there yesterday with my family and I have to say the worst experience ever. My 3 year old had to use the washroom when... we went in one was clogged with cigarette buds the other washroom had clothes and things a bag full of things so maybe someonesleeps there at night. When we ordered the food the girl making the food was nice but the manager had no idea what he was doing.We didn't get our donuts or pie and when I asked we only got the donuts . He didn't ask us what drinks we wanted he said to gosit down he will let us know when the foods ready and he gave us all 7 up.
