Ordered 4 piece chicken strips advertised on the board as $6.99. It rang through at $8.99. A more senior employee came over to... see what was up, said Head Office must?ve increased the price without sending them the sign. Service is really bad at this location. We walk in and the guy behind the counter swore right off the bat, asking what the f we... wanted! My partner and I were taken aback but thought maybe he was talking to his coworker who seemed to be heading off on abreak. The wait for a few standard burgers was a long while. The Harveys employee forgot to give us the cups for drinks andanother person before us, an elderly gentleman. The worker?s response was ?oh shit?, not professional at all. When we did getour food it was a rushed hand off, food quickly thrown in the bag without any care. The burgers were ok but the fries wereclearly the small bits leftover, not fresh. Outside on the patio, the tables and floors were really dirty. Overall reallydisappointing experience even for a fast food place. Poor service has been a problem at this location for a while and doesn?tseem to be improving. Go elsewhere for your burger or Harvey?s cravings. Read more
