Bought the gravy lovers combo. Got the fries, drink, and sandwich? but NO GRAVY. Everything else tasted good, but without the... gravy it?s just a normal combo. So basically, I paid for just a lovers combo? yet I don?t feel loved :( Read more
I am a KFC lover, eatibg it in multiple countries around the world. If I must rate the worst branch in terms of customer service... and taste, this would be it. Serving cold fries, cold burger with smelly chicken with the server giving it rudely as if she isdoing you a favor. No wonder why you look at their outlet, its mostly empty or way less crowded than competitots nearby. KFCneeds to really improve this one at a popular destination. Read more

The cashier is super rude, and her English is not very good. I had to correct her many many times before she could get my order... down correctly. And even after that, the staff still gets my drink wrong. Read more
