I come to this location to buy my pods every several months and every time I come, I'm unimpressed. Customer service can be... improved. So many of the staff have such a flat affection, no one is very enthusiastic or forthcoming to help. They areadequately staffed but customers are not a first priority. They see there is a line up but they continue to do their own sidetask whether it be a conversation with each other or fixing boxes in the back corner. Read more

This location has a massive mold issue they refuse to deal with and they are making the staff work in it. Its run by... incompetent managers, regional managers and hr who covered up a workplace harassment complaint from 6 employees. Workers getthier pay with held regularly with no explanation. They force you to work in unsafe areas of the stock room that they over packwith product and dont clean properly so the stock room is infested with fruit flies and mouse droppings.
