Today is October the 17th 2022 let me start with this I am pregnant and I was craving a Mc double and a Mc chicken sandwich. I... walk 12 mins from my house to go get hot sandwich well that wasn?t the case , I Got only one fresh sandwich which was aMcChicken the other sandwich I got was not a Mc double it was a stale cheeseburger that was cold I realize that when I got backto my house very very disappointed. now I am wondering if I should walk back to that location to show them that they got myorder wrong at the end of the day one I?m pregnant two I walked far to get what I wanted and Three I did not receive what Iwanted. Fries are always fresh and the management is really nice! I come here often since I live close and I?ve never had an issue... before. Unfortunately the last time I went I asked for extra pickles politely to another staff member and one of the 16 year oldkids in the back had a meltdown and anger outburst and decided that this was appropriate to give me. I heard him swearing in theback, saying he is going to show me what ?extra pickles? looks like and he basically put the entire sandwich in pickles andonions. I spoke to the manager who was really sweet and she offered to get me something for free but I definitely was worried myfood would be further destroyed and probably treated worse. It?s giving anger issues. I just wanted two more pickles, I didn?tneed a meltdown from a 17 year old in the interim over some pickles. I wish my problems were that minuscule that a request formore pickles would send me over the edge. I wonder what will happen when this kid gets some real problems. Be careful with yourfood here guys, I wouldn?t be surprised if this kid spits in the food based on his reaction to a polite request. I got SkipTheDishes order. I waited there 15 -20 minutes I rang bell couple of times but didn?t get any response. And they said... we are closed. I spoke to manager(adam). Very rude. There are no hours. They closed at 3:30am manager said this is what we beentold. How should customers know that you are closed or open. Don?t recommend this restaurant. Read more
I ordered two Happy Meals with beverages and 2 snack size Oreo McFlurries through Skipthedishes from the 25 Joe Shuster Way... location. I received 1 burger, 2 fries, 1 beverage and 2 snack size Oreo McFlurries. Where is my Cheeseburger and Chocolate Milkbottle? One of my kids are not happy tonight.
