Went to order food today (a sunday) at 5:35 and they said they were ?closed?. Yet, the mall closes at 6 and all the other fast... food restaurants were still serving. The two girls working said they?re closed because it ?takes time? to close down, while theywere in a corner doing nothing, just talking. It?s not my issue, nor any customers issue that it takes time for them to closedown. Food should be served until 6 and they should have no problem completing their duties after that. Inconsistent Prices and bad Customer Service. First off, I work in the mall and have been a Mall employee here for nearly 6... years. 1st time I ordered here I got a wrap. I got charged a flat rate and put 6 toppings on my pita. Next time I went, got thesame thing and was charged $1 extra for "extra toppings". Didn't care. Paid for it. Next time I went I ordered it again and itwas .50 cents extra. Time after that $1.50 extra. Finally I spoken up and said why does your price fluctuate so much and theysaid it's based off topping amount and i said I order exactly the same thing every day. They said no it can't be. I said okaywhatever and just ate the extra costs again. Then the next time I went, a lady didn't charge me anything extra. Then the nexttime it was $1 more again. I spoke to the owner/manager and this time he told me there was a 4 topping maximum. I put 4 toppingson and added cheese and he said it would be extra. That is when I was done with it. This place is already expensive andoverpriced and they charge Inconsistent prices and no customer service. You think after going to a pace several times, theywouldn't be like this. I finally decided never to return to this location. Only Cultures I've ever been to that has charged likethis and will never return. Read more
