I really enjoy this pub. You know that going to a pub you can always get great food. I got the fish and chips. The batter is... very unique but it is a bit expensive at $25 for one large piece. My husband got the burger which he always enjoys greatly. Thefries are amazing. The staff is very friendly and on top of everything. Read more
Great patio with a decent beer selection, and the staff were very much on top of things. As far as food goes, I only had a... plate of suicide wings. They were very hot (I was only able to finish half), but very good. My friends and I enjoyed our nightout and would definitely return. Read more
Enjoyed lunch here on the patio. What is especially nice about their patio is so many of their tables are shaded, so you don't... have to worry about being scorched to death while eating. It's a really quaint setting with good pub food! Read more
Just had a spontaneous dinner here on a Monday night for the first time, after living in the neighbourhood for two years. Lovely... chill patio, friendly and prompt service, good pub food (fish tacos, smash burger with Greek fries, and shared a peach Cowbellcider). Totally met our expectations and we're happy that it's a five minute walk from where we live. We will return to trysome of the other items. Had a burger with a Poutine on the side. The upgrade from fries to Poutine was only $2, very well worth it. The burger was... okay, nothing to write home about, but no complaints either. The Poutine was pretty good. - Gravy is beef, alright flavour. -Fries have a nice texture and flavour. - Cheese curds are tasty, not super fresh though. Had a few curds left over, so a decentamount of cheese. Overall: I'd come by again, if I happened to be in the area and looking for a place to eat. Read more
