Solid brunch place. It was always packed on weekends so we wanted to try it out. Service is quick and friendly and they have... such a wide menu selection which is rare to see at a brunch place. To top it off, price was reasonable and the quantity wasabundant! When we came out, there were around 10 teams waiting so I would call ahead to see if there?s a waitlist ornot. It was my family?s first time to try Mars Diner and the food was really good and were in huge portions! The staff were also nice... and courteous. It reminded us of Zach?s Diner in Ottawa. We will definitely come back should we have another one lazy weekend. Read more

Quite impressed! Coming back here after over 20 years and not only has this place maintained its food quality, but it also has a... great menu to choose from. I ordered the Happy Heart Omelette with egg whites stuffed with avocado, spinach and goat cheese, andoh my! It was so wonderfully tasty. The food is served in large volume and it's prepared fast. Also to add, we had noreservation on a busy Sunday at noon but we were greeted and seated after a short wait outside of the restaurant. Read more

I used to come here very often when I lived close by. Really like the food, environment, and atmosphere. It has been a while... since my last visit. Today I had the egg benny with crab cakes. It is still as delicious as before. The eggs are little harderthan before, but still tasty. The home fries and the sauce define perfection. All waitresses are proactive and friendly. Thatbeing said, I think one item they can improve is Men's washroom. At least today it is not as clean as one would expect. Read more

It was our first time eating here, and we ordered steak and eggs, and eggs benedict. Their food was delicious, I love their... hashbrown, but their steak was a little too thin and slightly overpriced. There aren't many seats in the restaurant, but thereis no waiting. I feel each seat is too close, so it feels very crowded. Because we got a two-person booth, which is super tiny,we don't have extra space after the meals come, so eating is a bit frustrating. The servers were very polite and helpful, but ittook a while to get our food. Also, I think the environment could be better because I saw too many fruit flies. I had to keepwaving my hand to keep the flies away while eating, and I saw a bunch of flies flew outside the washroom. But overall, it wasgood, my partner also really liked his Eggs Benedict, and we had a good time. Read more
