tl;dr: don't mobile order The baristas seemed really nice which is what the two stars are for. That being said, I waited 20... minutes for my mobile order and ended up leaving and taking a refund. Yes they were busy with ubereats orders but I watchedseveral people wait in line, order in store, and receive their drinks before me. Read more

WORST STARBUCKS!! Just placed an Uber eats order for 2 pumpkin loaves and this Starbucks only proceeds to provide me with two... banana loaves. My mother without realizing ate her loaf thinking it was pumpkin (given that is what we ordered) and is currentlyexperiencing an allergic reaction. This Starbucks did absolutely NOTHING about THEIR MISTAKE. What terrible customer service.They only proceeded to tell me that they were certain they placed two pumpkin loaves meanwhile my mother has hives, given herbanana allergy. Starbucks really needs to step up on their customer service. Thank God my mom is okay. Read more
