Eggs are microwaved. One side of my bagels was put on the counter instead of the paper wrap, which was unsanitary.
The food here is amazing. I would come here every work day to grab a bagel and sometimes even twice. I have read the reviews... about the staff. I can appreciate why people are discouraged to go but the employees have been more then kind to myself. It?s avery popular spot and being that it is so close to the TTC stop they often experience a high volume of customers. This cancertainly make people a lot my rushed and exhausted. I love coming and getting my breakfast from here this is my number onebreakfast spot and will always be. Read more

I went 3 times to this location. The filipina older lady is really rude. I always have a bad experience with her. Everytime I... order she always seems in a bad mood. I avoid going to this place because of the terrible customer service. I work in retail soI know how is it to deal with the public. But please, why everytime with the rude attitude.
