Extremely dissatisfied I ordered nuggets, and they delivered it to me within a minute which was pretty surprising. Turns out,... the nuggets were cold, kind of stale, seemed like fried in a oil which was used a lot of times (reusing oil can cause severediseases). I had no option but to throw them away and come back here to drop this review. Never visiting there again and notgonna recommend it either. My partner and I craved Popeyes chicken which we never really do. I went and the cashier was chewy food for a while while... grabbing my order. While waiting the estimated 15 minutes a Mouse ran by my feet in the dining area?I was shocked and grossedout!!! They gave extra chicken for the mishap but continued on working and apologized like it was normal but while putting mychicken she was not wearing a hair net or gloves. This location has been here for a few years now and I am glad they were open throughout the pandemic. This location is usually... good although sometimes you will need to wait a bit to get your food and they could do a little better when it comes to generalhouse keeping like keeping the tables clean. On my latest visit I was told it would be a 5 minute wait for my tenders, butbetween the time my receipt was printed and the time I was called up to receive it 30 minutes had gone by (I asked twice duringthis time). Not cool if you are on your lunch break? Luckily I did not have a meeting to get to. But the tenders I did getwere really good, although I?m a bit surprised they didn?t give an extra piece or offer a free side for the long wait. If anorder is going to take unusually long, please let the customer know so, so they can either go do something else during the waitor change/cancel the order. I visit here with my friend, i love this place more than any other popeyes store i visited, may be because of staff in this... store. They are very polite,all of them, are handle the customers in a better way.
