If you're looking for a nice, inexpensive sandwich downtown, this is the place for you. You can get custom sandwiches and wraps,... with an inch thick of fresh meat and cheese, for less than $9. Their buffet bar was good too before the pandemic, hopefully, itmakes a full comeback in the future. Read more
This place used to be much better. Today, you still find multiple hot meal options(changes daily) and a huge salad bar. The good... side is the staff, always friendly and smiling. However, it seems they use a lot of sodium to preserve the food, this includesthe salad(I notice it on my weight whenever I have to eat there more than once every week). Also, the food quality is gettinglower and lower. I really hope they get a wake-up call and not rely on the fact they are one of the few buffets in downtown. I have breakfasts and lunch here. The place is very popular with office folks around here. The soups are delicious and... reasonably priced than the other specialty soup shops around. There are always at least two vegan soup options and a one or twovegetarian options and several meat versions every day. A small bun is included. The hot sauces provided are amazing and alittle goes a long way. Did I mention even without the hot sauces the soups are perfectly spiced and flavoured. You get thefeeling that these soups are healthy and fresh home made. The mornings they serve oatmeal which is again reasonably priced andthey offer quite a few toppings included in the price. The oatmeal is perfect. Their vegan falafel pita sandwich is amazing aswell. If I am not carrying lunch, this the place for me. Read more
