Don't like the employees at this location. I've come by in the afternoon a few times and the woman working here is very rude and... unfriendly. Rolls her eyes when taking your order and is overall just very condescending. Won't be coming back to this location. Read more
This location is under new management/Owners. It?s a huge improvement in customer service and very pleasant staff. I usually... visit once a day since reopening and the wheatgrass is fresh. Ordered here for the first time, the girl was fast at making my smoothie but I think over iced it cause I'm shaking my smoothie... so that the slush would go down and it's pretty icy on the bottom when I usually have the same texture drinking it from anotherlocation. Read more
Booster juice has always been one of my favourite places to go for smoothies. But this was for the first time I got "High... protein" ripped berry which has blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, skim milk, vanilla frozen yogurt, honey, whey protein.Iasked the girl who was taking my order if this will affect my health in any manner and she replied no as she only suggested methis drink instead of very berry which has just berries and yogurt and no whey protein. So, I tried the whey protein for thefirst time and after an hour or so I started having itching and rashes on my hands, neck and stomach. I went back to storetoday (I bought the drink yesterday) I asked for the manager. There was this guy, he said that he is the manager and then when Itold him the whole thing he started arguing with me and later told me that he is not the manager and if I have to talk to themanager I will have to come back. He was super rude and loud. I even asked him for his manager's email so I could talk toher/him. Instead, he went back and came back after 10 minutes and started arguing again and returned me my money back with veryrude wordings. I know I don't have lactose allergy. But there are many ingredients in whey protein which I wasn't sure if Ishould take or not that's why I asked before placing the order. The girl who suggested me this drink and placed my order, shewas really nice. But the guy I met today was super rude, loud, aggressive and unprofessional. He didn't even tell me his namewhen I asked him twice instead he told me his managers name. Read more
