This was the second time I visited and bought a smoothie from this location. They told me there was no washroom here and it was... "out of order" both times. I was really mad the second time because I really needed it for my wheelchair bound daughter. This isdowntown Toronto and people don't have to be treated like they live in a city where exclusive public washrooms are available atany corner. This city has bylaws and every business place has to have a working washroom. It recently became a habit in Torontothat small restaurants and coffee shops keep washrooms locked and prevent public use. They will tell you the same excuse everysingle time. I ordered - Ginger Hammer fresh juice ( Ginger, Carrot & Apple juice) - Nuttin Better ( Butter, Banana, Skim Milk, Pineapple,... Vanilla Frozen Yogurt and Whey Protein). My order was delivered on time. As always I'm happy with the quality. The onlyimprovement is the packaging. The cup cover is fixed with a tape which blocks the place to insert straw. It fixes the cup coverfor delivery without spill over but difficult to remove and insert the straw for using. Read more

Came to this booster juice for the first time and got the strawberry storm and added pineapple juice. The strawberry storm has... whey protein already in it and i knew that as i have had this drink almost every day for the last year. I am not overexaggerating when i say it was so chunky and tasted awful. I made my husband try and he agreed and said this is not what i payedfor. He went to the counter and simply asked them to remake the drink. The manager im assuming started getting visiblyfrustrated by this request and angerly explained that because i added the juice he has to change extra to remake it and it?s myfault for ordering it with the juice. Which again i?ve had this drink so much i know what it?s supposed to taste like. Iunderstand if he couldn?t make another but his customer service made me quite upset. Read more
