Not handicap assessable, struggled to get in, ordered lasagna with mushrooms, none added. Asked to have cheese added on garlic... bread, ??? Ordered 20 wings naked, burnt. Clearly they do not want handicap business there. Told 30 minutes, 45 minsactually. Go to a restaurant patio, chances are, you will probably get better service. This the second time I got to the store and my pizza was forgotten. Rather than owning up to their mistake they blamed the call... center and offered free cookies to make up for it. This was a bad experience right from the call center where the agent had noclue as to what was on their menue and constantly repeated herself while sniffling her nose. Sandwiches were amazing when I first ordered 2 years ago. They stopped toasting the buns. Quality and attention to pizza was... always middle of the road. Who does that? and why? Ciabatta buns they use are like plastic unless toasted/ they are made thatway to remain toasty and chewy. Lost a 2 order a week customer over lack of effort. I will say I have had some good and evengreat product from this shop. BUT... Go to Mt Pleasant and Eglington Nova shop. You will be blown away. Always a good product.Even 5 minutes before closing.
