I planned a baby shower in December, three days before the party our cake decorator got Covid and cancelled our order. Nom Nom... Nom jumped in to help me. The amazingly friendly owner took pity on me and my situation and made us 2 dozen AMAZING minicupcakes. Everything was perfect. Exactly what I asked for. They were a huge hit. Bonnie: for the cake stand, we... have contacted the venue and set it at the front desk ready for you to pick up once you contacted us. We still have record ofthe correspondences back then. We really couldn't retrieve if personally because we have left the city since. Honestly, if youhad replied to us with a solution (e.g. charging us the stand fee or reimburse you for your trouble, we'd be happy to to do so).I?m sure everyone can imagine how crazy things can get on weddings. You had not replied and left it there, a mature businesswouldn?t have done so. Back when you contacted us, we actually had immediately apologized for our failure to return itpersonally. Have you ever apologize to us for your mistakes? You?re really comparing replacing a cake stand vs. a one-time only,irreversible but hallmark, life experience. I had Bonnie design my semi naked cake and various cupcakes for my wedding. I showed her my dream cupcake tower and she was able... to offer suggestions on how to perfect it. We went for a cake/cupcake tasting and I was able to customize the buttercream icingand cupcakes. I had the berrylicious and summerlove cupcakes. I also ordered the seasonal flavours- MANGO and PASSIONFRUIT!!!They were a huge hit at the wedding and the guests loved it!!!
