Absolutely the worst service time and time again. I go to on this location at least once a week, and the customer service is... beyond unacceptable. They either mess your order up, don't know how to use the mobile coupons or talk to you like you have noidea what you're talking about. As a ex Employee of this company, it's a shame they've got this bad, in not only service butfood quality. Never again will I return to this location. Read more
Very dissappointed and reminded why I havent eaten McDonalds food in a few years... at approx 3:45pm I ordered a single... McChicken Sandwich (habanero spice sauce).. 'customer service' was not terrible.. but there was nothing that made me feelwelcomed either.... then after waiting almost 10 minutes for the sandwich.. when I got it, I couldnt belive how small it was....when I pay over $7 (taxes incl) I expected it to be bigger than 4 bites. When I spend money...I appreciate good customerservice, product quality and value... and in this instance I was disappointed.. Read more
A model of efficiency. Mobile order ready in about a minute this am. Super busy and limited menu but convenient location and... well organized. One staff member takes orders, while another exclusively calls out their order numbers and hands you your food.Exemplary friendly Canadian customer service. McDonald's store in Brookfield location needs to be much larger to handle the mass crowds it attracts. You may be there to... order a coffee like me. Currently it is not run efficiently. The store is quite small to handle the volumes of traffic itgets. Larger store space is a must plus using an efficient computer application for the hundreds of orders it is processing. I hope McDonald's corporation reads this review and takes the opportunity when available to have a larger space and improveefficiency. Thank you. Read more

Placed an order for a Happy Meal solely for the Dreamworks campaign; asked my colleague to pick-up on my behalf. Upon arrival,... was told that the snack wrap option is not available, despite it being on the mobile app as an option for 2 weeks following.Upon receiving, missing half the order, in addition to the toy itself.
