This place was alright. It satisfied my pizza craving for sure. I got Smokey Maple Bacon and Grilled Chicken Arrabiata. The... Smokey Maple Bacon was extremely salty. I could only eat one slice but the cheese crust was really really good, especially withtheir dipping sauce. They were super stingy about the Chicken on the Grilled Chicken Arrabiata. I called at 7:18 placed an order. My order was promised at 7:48. The receipt even says promised time. I received my order at... 8:12pm. When I called customer service I was placed on hold for 29 minutes. I called the store directly from another phone toask if I was indeed supposed to pay for the order she said we don?t promise any time to arrive. I also ordered two dips and onlygot one. I went in to order a medium pizza for pickup. I asked for extra pizza sauce on my order and I made it quite imperative that I... would like extra pizza sauce, I even reminded them more than once. I get the pizza, come back home only to find that the pizzahas little to no sauce... definitely not the extra pizza sauce that I requested. So I call them about my order and the managerhas the nerve to tell me that her workers made it perfectly correct and that there's nothing wrong with the order... shecontinues to argue with me on the phone to tell me that it was correct as if I cannot see the dry bread and cheese in the pizzabox. Horrible customer service. Whoever that manager was on that day she does not know how to deal with customers. We orderedthe pizza today on Sunday the 6th, 2022 at around 8pm. The lady who served us was named Amy. The manager refused to give hername. Anyways after explaining to her repeatedly that you can't tell me that I'm wrong and that I could show her the pizza thatyour employees made it wrong, she told me to drive ALL the back to pick up the pizza and to bring the old box with me. Sherefused the request for delivery, and offered us no extra compensation for our time or gas or inconvience of messing up thisorder and stating that I was lying. Will not order from them again.
