While the staff are friendly and efficient, this Macdonald's is situated where the surrounding area is a bit "rough & ready".... Most of the ground floors seating is taken up by non-customers; the staff are probably ill-equipped to deal with resultantproblems. Read more
It was my worst experience ever, like 5min ago I came the Mcd to pickup my order which was sitting right in front of me. However... as soon as I tried to talk with the employee girl, she refused to hear me and let me stand there for 20 min. Eventually when Iwas tired from her behaviour she started insulted me by saying that I am very impatient and that Indian girl told me that she isbusy because she is the only one working. I even told her that please hand me the order it is done from last 20 min but sherefused and said that she will not pass me the order until I apologize. After such event I was so annoyed that I left without myfood. Worst mc ever ,this girl was so rude???? and impolite???? i never saw someone like this. It's your standard McDonald's. Once it gets dark the staff get swamped but they still churn out orders quick. Most of the time... there are homeless people around, but if you're going to get upset about downtrodden people trying to get a meal then I don'tknow how to help you ??????????? it ain't called crackhead McDonald's for nothing; get in, get out.
