Great location for this store. Well laid out, very friendly and informative staff. I was greeted upon entering and the woman at... the door started a conversation about my favourite coffee then recommended one to try at the coffee bar. I interrupted twochatting staff members to get the coffee, they were nice at first but it was made clear I very quickly out stayed my welcome.They made me extremely uncomfortable and the interaction felt catty. The woman at the cash was incredibly lovely but I wouldskip the bar in future. Read more

This rating is for the design and atmosphere of the boutique only.. I have not actually tried their coffee very much, so I don't... want to speak to this.. But I can tell you, the boutique on Cumberland is quite a masterpiece of design! And really a place youshould at least check out, for it really is quite fabulous! I went their to explore their single use machines, and develop myown perspective on their brand, as I had heard a lot of negativity... from an eco-conscious perspective.. I found out you CANrecycle their aluminum pods, by sending them in, free of charge, to their depots.. I can also say there customer service repsseem very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well.
