**Update** Thank you for the prompt email response I received from the Guest Experience Center regarding the Google review I... posted about my order. I was then contacted by the supervisor of the restaurant. She was very kind and explained there was a mix up in my order. She then offered me $20 credit when I place my next order through the call center within the next 90days. Thank you I order Swiss Chalet all the time. This time I was extremely disappointed. I did not get the order I placedafter spending almost $100 on 4 meals and coleslaw. Three of the meals were the new highly recommended Beef Sandwiches. Iordered the horse radish on the side. There was NO horseradish on the side which is why we wanted to try the sandwiches in thefirst place.!!! Tried calling the store and it went straight to the main line. I ordered a club wrap with fries from Swiss Chalet which was sent from a location on Yonge Street. The fries all soggy and... burnt and the wraps outer layer stale and hard. It was the worst of the worst meal that one could get. I have had bad food fromthis location before but when I ordered I was told that is the only location that delivers in my area. If there was a zerostar I would be too happy to give them also I was told that they were out of chicken wings on the new menu on a Friday eveningat 5.51 pm. Stay away from that location bad bad food. I always enjoy eating at Swiss Chalet. However the service could have been better. I generally get sour cream with chives with... baked potato which is served fresh. This time I got frozen cream in cups which is probably meant for takeouts. There was lotsof seating available on Saturday night so you should be good. Read more
