After a few colleagues spoke about it, we came here and decided to get the Tuesday special of two wraps and two drinks for... $13.99. When we arrived, we waited 10 minutes without acknowledgement; one staff member worked on an order of six wraps whilethe other staff member was stocking the pitas. When they were finished with the order, they looked at us but took the order ofsomeone that had just come in. After we commented on this, they then took our order. Waiting for the wrap, they completed andcashed out the patron who had come after us. We asked for some toppings to be excluded; however, the staff member still includedthem in our wrap. This restaurant used to be one of my favourites but sadly the quality has gone down so badly! I generally don?t write reviews... and NEVER post negative reviews but today?s food and service were both so terrible that I had no choice! I?m only writing thisafter 3-4 bad experiences in the recent past so it?s not like it?s a one off incident. We were given dry garlic potatoes thattasted stale and were so burnt that they were hard to eat! Initially, they used to add tzatziki to the potatoes and garnish itwith parsley. This time we had to ask for tzakziki because they said, ?we don?t put sauce on the potatoes? contrary to theirprevious practices. When building the shawarma, they spilled all the contents out on the slab and when pointed out we were told?we?ll put it back inside?. All while fly?s graze the counter and open food trays. There was a time I would visit thisrestaurant once every 2 days. With the service and quality offlate, it?s my last choice. Read more
