10:25AM on October 28? Extremely aggressive almost bullying service. I asked 3 times for a club on everything bagel. I then ask... for pickles to which I was ignored and then asked again and he was presumably making my sandwich (which in fact he was) thenaggressively mumbled and pointed at the til. Then he tally?s up all and charges me for 2 sandwiches, which is incorrect I onlyordered ONE but needed to repeat myself five times. Clearly he still didn?t listen to my order. I just agreed to pay for bothbut again wanted to confirm about the pickles (as not once was I acknowledged for the pickle request. Then he responds: No.Anyway then the system didn?t work to pay. This level of service wasn?t just bad it was DISTURBING. I understand we all have baddays but this was gravely inappropriate behaviour from an employee. Please try better because we should not be projecting ourbad days or emotional trauma onto guests; this experience was highly concerning. It was barely 10:30AM and the level of angerand aggression experienced for trying to order a one BLT on everything bagel with pickles turns into so much animosity andconfrontation. Read more
I had a pretty disappointing experience here. I ordered off of Uber eats a sandwich, half a dozen bagels, tuna salad, egg salad,... and an apple turnover. The only thing that was good was the sandwich. The bagels were SO hard, I ended up throwing them out.The egg salad had the weirdest smell and taste. I don?t even know how to explain it- it smells nothing like eggs but somethingstale. That also went right to the trash. The tuna salad was okay, but I had to go out and buy something to put it on. The appleturnover was also hard as a rock and I ate maybe half. I was expecting so much better due to the reviews :( Read more
I just find it very surprising to see negative remarks about the food received via doordash lately from The Bagel House at THIS... location especially because this is my new favorite restaurant on doordash to order from in the early morning hours. From thisrestaurant's location, my family and I have enjoyed extremely fresh bagels with cream cheese and cucumber, delicious breakfastthemed sandwiches and fresh exciting ingredients in their recipe of delicious tuna salad in the morning. The food is alwaysreally good. They offer a wide selection and everything is prepared in a timely manner; paying careful attention to any specialrequests/directions and everything was made with fresh ingredients and all at a quite reasonable price. Bagels are good but I paid extra for a small tub of flavored "chive" cream cheese and what I got was large pieces of green onion... sitting on top of cream cheese. Green onions are not chives!!! Read more

Not even worthy of 1 star only because I had to in order to review!!! Worst experience ever!!! The staff is racist and rude, I... ordered a veggie sandwich it was made horribly no mayonnaise or cream cheese dry disgusting! There were white customers in thereand they were treated respectfully!
