Hey i order veggie delite from this store n the bread n ingredients used for sandwich wasn?t fresh its was terrible and the... quantity was also low n i told them to grilled but its not even properly grilled It?s my third time I ordered from this store nas usual again disappointed from their food quality. I placed my order on the app. An unexpected event happened at my work so I had to take lunch an hour later. I tried calling the... store to ask them to hold off on making my sandwich, and no one answered. I called 20 times. Sometimes the phone would justring, and other times there was no dial tone. When I finally got to the store they said that the phone did not ring once sosomething is definitely wrong with the phone. That needs to be FIXED ASAP because they didn't want to make me a new sandwicheven though my sandwich was already BROKEN as I chose the flatbread for my sandwich. The supervisor was dragging his feet tomake me a new sandwich and other people came into the store, so I had them reheat the sandwich. That made the sandwich a wholeentire mess to eat. PATHETIC customer service. Never had such experience before in Subway. We just went (2nd October, 2022(Sunday) 9pm). Employee... who took order was very very rude. Worst sub maker ever. He doesn?t have sense to value customers. Not even greeting nd was notwilling to add veggies. They should not hire such employees. WORST WORST experience. Read more
