Very friendly staff! Edited to add that sadly, my first interactions with staff are a bit more hit and miss. The other night a... manager was rudely rushing orders and customers about as closing time approached. I say at a table waiting for a mcflurryordered. I was asked repeatedly why I was waiting as they close soon. Yet. No one felt obliged to make or ensure the mcflurrywas being made. 5 mins later I was told that they shut off their machine and could only offer me a small smoothie in lieu of thesole visit of my trip, a pregnancy craving no lense. ???? Nothing bad to say, and I'd count that a good job done for a McDonald's in downtown. Their space is very small (and the virtical... wooden beams don't help). They get lots of delivery people coming and going on one side of the place. Read more
omg....the gentleman ( think he's new, he is middle eastern.I never seen his name tag, hence the description)putting food ... into bags, extremely verbally aggressive. I really thought it was going to come to knuckles with a dude picking up food Then he starting screaming that the staff were not slacking off. Read more
Jina, who seemed to be new took my order. She was visibly not confident with running up the orders, which is understandable as... someone who's new to the the environment but when she charged me for the wrong order, rather than apologizing and trying tocorrect it, she appeared rather angry that I caught her mistake and had to get her supervisor involved. If you're in training,that's fine. Most customers would understand if a mistake is made but it's about how you take accountability and try to learnfrom it. I was able to get my order in time because there was no line up but I think this is something the management might wantto take into consideration when training a new employee. Read more
