Service and sandwich were lovely, however PLEASE NOTE that if you tip on the debit machine, it does NOT go to your sandwich... artist. I was told this after I paid, and if this is true I must say that this is completely unfair and backwards and should becorrected immediately. Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in line to be served and the staff decided to serve the person who is a fellow staff... member or a friend and who was not even standing in line. He was siting in the dining area the whole time, me and othercustomers were standing in line. No acknowledgement, no excuse and so no manners. Such a rude customer service.
