Great pizzas always fresh and tasty love the sauces on them well seasoned not bland at all. Yummy Parmesan Bread Bites, Cinnamon... Stix, and Veggie, Brooklyn Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken Fest and Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizzas. When I order my Pizzas they are alwaysready within scheduled finish time. Had a big party order last night. ALL of the 6 pizzas were smashed around and all folded over in the boxes (the driver obviously... did not care about his driving) AND ALL of the pizzas were downsized in the boxes. The "large" sized boxes had a medium size init and the same with the extra large boxes. The last time we ordered all of the boxes were crushed and the pizzas were allstuck to the boxes...We should have learned. To top it off, the pizza was not very good anyway. Such a disappointment! Toobad their apple app does not let you pick the store you want to receive from on checkout. I called head office last time withthe crushed pizzas and they did not get back to me, just pawned it off on the store and the best they wanted to do for us wasgive us a free pizza, it was a $150 order. The store really took no accountability nor did head office. I'm not going tobother calling again. I know they don't really care. I suggest ordering pizza from anyone else! Order from a pizza companythat will at least stand behind their product and service. Read more
Look at your pizza before walking out. Very good chance (like my experience from this store) that your selected toppings will be... miniscule. I requested for extra cheese. Clearly the pizza shows no signs of it. Nor was the pizza cooked well done as I statedupon ordering. Read more
Usually they are pretty good at getting my order correct. Today was different, they sent me the wrong pizza and instead of... replacing it like their competitors would, they offered me a credit for the correct pizza in the future. This was also aftertalking to the manager. I'm deeply disappointed and it will be a long while before I order from this location again. Read more
