Numerous times they have forgotten my sauces or have gotten my order wrong when ordering skip the dishes/Uber. When placing an... order with skip I find more often then not they wont confirm the order at all. If the location is closed or overwhelmed. Hiremore staff or adjust you availability on the app. This location is the absolute worst. Read more
I placed an order for a beyond burger combo and toppings and only received a burger and bun - no onions, no cheese, no mayo, no... lettuce, no tomato, no seasoning. And you guys charged me $33 for this order. This has to be the most expensive meal in thehistory of A&W. Tried to call back but no one is picking up. Supppsedly you are a 24 hour operation. The last few times I went to other locations the food was terrible so I was weary going... here, but it was right there and I was starving so I gave it a chance. Glad I did!
