Had an amazing dinner at Carens with my husband a couple weeks ago. Their chef Adam made a phenomenal cassoulet that we could... not stop raving about to our friends afterwards. The escargot was delicious as well and service was fantastic. We willdefinitely be back! Read more

This was the worst dining experience I?ve ever had in Toronto- by a landslide. The waiters made us feel as though asking for the... simplest things, like to order or to get some water, was an inconvenience to them. The food took incredibly and unreasonablylong to come out, and was cold once it finally arrived. The owner, Caren, happened to be present- but rather than helping (orapologizing), she instead argued and denied that our food was cold. The experience was beyond atrocious and beyondunprofessional in every capacity. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. Read more
