The atmosphere at Bar Piquette is chef's kiss. The food is better! Filled with seasonal ingredients, the pairings of flavours... are superb. We had a maple roasted squash with buratta and it was to die for. Portion sizes are perfect to share a few smallplates among a group of friends. Service was friendly and down to earth, and gave some great recommendations. If you like achill vibe with great food, you won't be disappointed. Read more

To say our visit here was a pleasant experience is an understatement. It is the cutest little spot with a great selection of... wines. But surprisingly, our favourite part was the food. Their salads are so unique and are packed with flavour and theirsourdough bread with caramelized shallot butter was wonderful. Definitely happy we happened to stumble upon this place. Read more
Gorgeous, heated, greenhouse-style, fully-enclosed backyard "patio". Friendly service. Delicious food. Very clean basement... bathrooms. I spent about $70 for: one glass of orange wine, duck liver mousse toasts, and harissa carrots with labneh. What'snot to love? Read more

Good atmosphere, good food selection. However, service was quite poor and not very many non wine options (maybe to be expected... since its a wine bar). We had three different wait staff Regardless, we waited 20 minutes for a slice of cake (that comes out ofthe fridge and dolloped with cream). The bill took another 20 minutes to settle after receiving. Clearly they need to hire somemore people. Read more
