Hella Hazelnut is great!! Worth the money. Employees are kind and friendly. May visit again. We waited for almost half an hour... in the queue as they only have one employee serving the ice cream. Absolutely love this place! I have tried just about every flavour option now and I'm in love with all of them! However, the... absolute best part of this store is the employees. I came here to satisfy a craving for soft serve ice cream and this hit the spot. I had seen the super long lines at the Niagara... outlet and was glad there was one right in downtown TO. The 4pm-11pm hours are interesting but I guess there is something tothat. The space is small (can only serve 4 patrons at a time) and there was 1 cashier and 1 server. This creates a line outdoorswhich can be discouraging but it moves quickly. The menu card hanging outside the door lists prices +/- 1 dollar cheaper thanthe actual cost which is on the menu board inside. Someone needs to have that updated. We had the pimped-out cookies and creamon a waffle cone and a straight-up vanilla in a cup. Both were generously sized for "small" and tasted amazing. They also havepatio seating if you want to stay back to have your ice cream. I'll be back here for sure! Read more
