Food was good, it was safe. Taste wasn't anything out of the ordinary. The jerk chicken was good, tasty and nicely made. The... coleslaw was okay, nothing special. Loved the mac & cheese! I was unsure about the cod at first but decided to try it. Thecurry goat wasn't anything special and bland in flavor. The decor was very nice and the atmosphere overall was nice. Thewashrooms upstairs were nice and clean. However, I would like to call out that we also went for dinner at like 5:00 which is thebeginning of the night so can't speak to how things would have gone a little bit later once they got busy. Came here on a Saturday night. The food was so good. For drinks I had the honey flora & my wife had the Jamaican mule. Then for... food, we started with the salt fish fritters, which were packed with flavor. I had the jerk pork with plantain and seasonalveggies. That was some of the best jerk pork I've had. My wife had the jerk chicken, rice and peas. She also enjoyed. That dishcomes in three sizes. Get the medium or large to get enough to be full. Service was very helpful & prompt. Such a cute patio and a beautiful interior! The food here was great! If you're hungry though, make sure you order a half chicken... instead of a quarter. Very good service, too, and worth noting that a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill (we were agroup of 6). Would go back! Read more
