Wow. Atrocious customer service. At 10:15 this morning I lined up at the front counter. Two staff members were setting up and... walked by me several times without speaking to me. After a few minutes passed I asked them if they were even open. The man gaveme the most annoyed looked and said, "What do you want." Asked to fill the whole bowl with Caesar salad. The salad contained in total 1 crouton and 1 cherry tomato sliced in half. The... rest was filled with greens. Today it was my first experience buying a salad at First Canadian Place, I have invited my friend to introduce her ... Pampernickels, we were ordering 2 small salads because we were not hungry, we had some food before, they said that I can chooseonly 2 options for the small salad size, I said ok and I asked to add just 2 small pieces of the beets, lady said no! She said Ihave to buy a full size salad then, just for 2 pieces of beets? Just to understand their weigh is up to 10 grams. The lady whowas serving us flipped that small salad to the big bowl added those 2 beats and starting to add more salads, which I don?tneeded, I asked her to stop!!! and to not put food I can?t finish, I don?t want to waisted it, but she still added some, andcharged us $24,75 for 2 very small salads.
