If you are visiting the distillery, I highly recommend making time to visit here. There are lots of coffee and tea selections... available along with many baked goods to choose from (including vegan choices). Balzac's is located in a heritage building whichhas lots of great atmosphere. There are seats on the first floor, but make sure to check out second floor for the cool upstairsview and relaxed area. The moment you step into Balzac's Distillery District, you're transported to a different era. The beautiful heritage building... that houses the cafe is the perfect setting for enjoying a delicious cup of coffee and one of their fresh-baked goods or sweettreats. The coffee is some of the best I've ever had - it's always fresh and flavourful, and the staff know how to make aperfect cup. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. It's the perfect place to take a breakfrom exploring the city and relax with a good book or conversation with friends.
