I always go to this tim as it close to home. The coffee is not fresh all the time. I usually dont bother to come back to the... drive through and complain, I just let it go. It was yesterday, I had to remind them to keep the tea warm, but the response Igot was not great. The girl literally said? warm it up from microwave? Went through the drive through in July 28@7:30 pm. The lady couldn?t hear me or understood what I was asking for. She had to get... another lady. Who new right away what I wanted. 6 donuts of the filled ones. I got Boston creams and 2 of the new peanut butterdonuts. Once home. There was NO filling in the peanut butter ones. I rarely ever go to a TH but forgot my lunch that day. They set buns up on the display case where you get your food, and... customers grab the food over the buns and talk over the buns while interacting with staff. It was disgusting, particularly intimes of COVID. Then the staff grab those buns and use them to make orders. Ick. Read more
