Currently standing in line after waiting 25 minutes for our order to be prepared. The employees advanced 6 patrons ahead of our... order. Asked them to prepare ours as soon as possible. Still, the employees advanced more patrons. After being sufficientlyignored after paying for our order 30 minutes prior, we requested a refund. The refund was not processed as the employees couldnot assert the proper refund procedure. We have been patient and kind, and we're told to let the customers behind us to placetheir order. After being sufficiently ignored we refuse to leave without the refund for the food we did not receive, nor weretended to. Still waiting for our refund to be addressed. Just went for 2 pitas. The poor gentleman working had never made a chicken crave. I felt sorry for him as he is obviously new.... Just then a couple and their 2 kids come in and he takes their order , as he should. 10 mins later he gets things started and Inotice a young lady sitting in the back playing on her phone. The poor new guy is struggling with the pita to get it open andthe others are still waiting. The girl in the back comes out and I'm thinking good, she's going to help this poor guy. Nope , ofcourse not she retreats to the back. The new guy did his very best but was over his head. No one minding the store. That younglady needs to be reprimanded and then some. Todays youth, nothing as important as the phone. The new fella deserves a pat on theback. Read more
