Poor food quality! I?ve ordered a XL hot chocolate and went home without checked. when I?m in home and ready to drink, I realize... that they just put half cup of hot chocolate into a XL cup! I go through the Tim Hortons on Markham Road Ellesmere location every weekday morning! The staff are super kind and always have... a smile and a good morning greeting! Inside is usually very clean and organized! My only concern is all the homeless people whoare approaching cars right outside where you order! This does not make me feel safe! I don't mind if they are where you aredriving out but not when you have to turn your window down to order! It feels very uncomfortable and threatening with them rightthere! Unlike almost all remaining tim hortons locations, these guys actually have strawberry filled powdered timbits. So many... locations have become lazy and carry a very basic selection of timbit flavours, most notably the most overrated timbit of alltime - the birthday cake timbit. Although the strawberry timbit, the old fashion sugar timbit, the snowball timbit, and thecoconut timbits are becoming a rare species across this great country, it's good to know that you can still find those needlesin the haystacks. Dirty. Gave me a sandwich that fell on floor. Would not replace. Head office wouldn't do anything about it either. Was never... called to apologize or offer a replacement. Also after picking up sandwich from floor, they put that sandwich on cutting boardwhere they serve and cut all their products. The cutting board was never washed , so all the sandwiches that day were dirty aswell. Disgusting. Read more
