A hearty dining experience overall. The bibimbap was really great and the pork was very tasty. The service was really quick and... the appetizers were OK. Really liked the chicken katsu, though as a spice-lover I still wish the food were richer in flavor ingeneral, just seemed a bit under-seasoned. We come to Cho Sun Ok for their cold buckwheat noodles (the bibim and the noodles in slush) and their soondae every summer. They... are done perfectly each time. We find that there aren't too many dish options here as this restaurant kind of specializes in thebuckwheat noodles. They have other items on their menu but I can't say how good they are as we haven't tried them. In terms oftiming when to go, I usually go right as the restaurant is opening to avoid line ups as this place is quite popular and they doget busy. Sometimes it's better to call and find out if they have a long lineup or not.
