These guys used to be great! They had super awesome pizza! I don't know what happened, maybe the inflation of today, maybe the... owner, I don't know, but the pizza quality suffered a lot in the recent months. Something happened during the pandemic to theseguys. The pizza is suffering in quality. It tastes like plastic. Sometimes it tastes as if it was made the day before. Ordered 3 pizzas at lunch and the estimate for delivery was more than an hour (1hr, 10 min specifically). While I understand... they're more busy at lunch time, 1+ hour for 3 pizzas seems a bit too much. Either way, despite this, they were late more thananother hour past the estimated time and they were not answering the phone either, instead I was directed to customer service,which put me on hold to reach the store and never got back on the line. On top of that, when the delivery came, one of thepizzas was burnt. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again any time soon. Read more
