I have been working in this mall for over 6 years and have been going to this Tim's regularly. Over the last year and a bit,... service has gotten worse and worse. New staff here are rude & not pleasant to deal with at all. At lunch time when all thestudents from across the street come to the mall, you really should have more staff working, running 1 cash is just not enough!!Out of a 30 min lunch break, standing in line 20 mins is not right.
