Had the best experience here today. A middle aged lady with big brown eyes helped me get into my Tim Hortons app and I received... a free coffee. She was so very pleasant. Best experience I have ever had at Tim?s. Thank-you. Read more
12 or more staff working and yet they have one person working the counter while a line builds up in the facility. I see plenty... of staff standing around at there station and about 7 employees huddle at the drive through window. Read more
Good for on the go or a fair sized lounge. w/ parking. Surrounded by a gas bar with a car wash.
Walked in to buy gift cards. Was not asked for reward card. Asked if I could scan rewards card, I was informed by the cashier... that it was too late. I asked him to re do the order and he told me he was not able. Would give no stars but site does notallow. No stars for no customer service. Wonder if the dude realizes that Tim?s is not paying him.
