Hate this place. Every time I go there, I order steeped tea double double. They give me cold tea and when I complain about steep... tea being cold, one of rhe teenager said ?you are always complaining? and yelled at me and said ?have a greaatttt day?. Well !If you make it right I will not complain. Their customer service is the worst as they are not trained to do their jobproperly. Such a ridiculous place in town. I loved going to Tim Hortons and enjoying tea but this one in taber is the worstone. I worked at Tim Hortons for 4 years and today they added coffee in my tea just to make it fast. Person can?t get one tearight and can?t even complain because they get mad if we complain. One time they added orange Pekoe to my steep tea and nevertold me about it. I can tell the difference. Walk in service was so so slow. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable and seemed quite confused how to make some of the coffee... choices. It appeared to be a new staff, but no one was helping them learn and the backlog was apparent due to this. The otherstaff meneber working the front was extremely slow and dididnt appear to be overly concerned about it. Read more

This place has gone downhill when it comes to customer service in the past few months. I understand that it can get busy at... times but that's no excuse to be miserable towards customers. Can't handle the pace, maybe it's time to find a new job. Betweenthe service and getting orders wrong damn near every time I go in, I'll be happy to never go back. I won't go into details aboutmy last visit, but I will say that I have never seen a "restaurant" ran by such inept managers and ignorant workers in my life.I shouldn't have to explain to 4 different people how my order was wrong and wait over 10 minutes for them to make it right.Everyone that works at this location needs some extensive training in customer service.
